I’m Laurin Rusch, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience working with teens, couples, and adults. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you don’t have to face your burdens alone. My approach is deeply collaborative; together, we will process your experiences and cultivate a meaningful connection. If you are looking for a steadier, more supported path forward, I invite you to reach out for an initial session.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. I have offices located in Bayview / Langley on South Whidbey Island, as well as an office in Fremont / Seattle.

I can help navigate the teen years with care and empathy. I provide a secure space for youth to explore their identity, manage stress, and build lasting resilience. I bring over 10 years of experience supporting LGBTQIA+ teens and their families.

Couples Counseling
I help partners deepen their understanding and renew their bond by navigating conflict and rediscovering intimacy. Using Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, we will work to improve communication while rebuilding trust and closeness in your partnership.
